No, you don't have to register to be able to place an order at the DIR'S FACTORY STORE online shop

HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCT I WANT?
If you need help finding a product, use the product search feature at the top of each page. Just enter a keyword or product number in the search box and click the magnifying glass icon. The search results will appear, with links to specific products or product groups. You can filter your search by selecting various categories on the left of the page that displays your search results; eg Gender, Sport, Price Range or even Color. You can also perform a search from the category drop down menu to find your favorite products.

Search Tips:

  • Make sure you write the product name correctly so that the results can be more accurate.
  • Use several keywords to find a specific type of product, such as "running shoes". Then you can filter it by a specific gender or price range.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELED?
Your order may be canceled for a number of reasons, such as stock availability, payment or shipping address. The most common reason is that we are out of stock with the size you ordered before we process your order.

If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, the money you paid will be refunded to your bank account. Refunds are made within 14 days, but please note that the bank may take a few additional days to process the payment.

CAN MY ORDER CAN BE CHANGE OR CANCELED, OR CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT?
We process your order immediately, so we can't cancel or change your order or order details, even when they haven't been shipped. Once you have received your order, you can return the product you do not want in accordance with our Returns Policy.

HOW DO I ADD/CHANGE PRODUCTS TO MY BAG?
To add a product to the bag, please follow these steps:

  • Before adding a product to the bag from the product page, you need to select the “size” and/or “color” of the product you wish to purchase. Click the button above the product description to select a size and/or color
  • Select "amount"
  • Click “buy” to add product to bag

To make changes to the bag, please follow these steps:

Click the bag icon at the top of the page. Before proceeding to the Checkout process, you can make changes to the bag as follows:

  • Change the quantity next to each product
  • Remove products from your bag. To delete a product, click the trash icon to the left of the product, or change the number of products to zero


CAN I MAKE A PRODUCT EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products. This is because we immediately process after you place an order. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return it and place an order again. We will refund you once you have made a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

HOW TO DO A CHECKOUT?
The checkout process on our website is designed to help you complete your order and end your online shopping visit quickly and easily. If not, you can check out as a guest or create an account.
