MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
On the Product page, you can calculate shipping costs by clicking "Calculate shipping costs" just above the Add to Cart button.
On the Checkout page, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for your product. The total shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your shipping location before you complete your order.
Free Shipping applies to Regular shipping with a minimum purchase of JPY 10,000. (Excludes Okinawa, Hokkaido, Sapporo, and other small islands.)
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Your order will be shipped within 2–5 working days, with delivery estimated to take between 4–14 days, depending on your shipping address.
CAN THE PRODUCT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE JAPAN?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping from Japan. Products can be shipped internationally to a variety of destinations.
WHAT IF I CANNOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, the delivery team will leave a message or contact you. A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made, with re-delivery scheduled for the next working day.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & FAILED DELIVER
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal by the recipient,
- or failure to collect the package,
the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
If the package cannot be re-delivered, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be issued excluding original shipping fees and return handling costs, where applicable.
